Family Dinner

On Sunday night I made a dinner and dessert all by myself for my family.  For dinner I made an Alsation leek and onion tart with asparagus and salmon.  For dessert I made mini napoleons.  I had to make the pastry cream early and I made it from scratch. My mom and sister made homemade ginger ale. I made a little book with all the recipes in it, ingredients, the amount of money it would cost. I was very happy with what I did.  My little sisters Bijou and Zion were tired and cranky while I was making dinner, but they made it.  It was a late dinner, but a good one.
